Welcome to Harmony Yoga of Ann Arbor
Harmony Yoga is a small, friendly yoga studio on Ann Arbor's west side. We offer yoga classes in the tradition of B. K. S. Iyengar. You’re invited to attend our classes whether you’re a new beginner or a more experienced student; whether you prefer a gentle or a more challenging approach to yoga.
The regular practice of yoga will help you develop greater strength, flexibility, and balance, and it will leave you with a sense of calm, clarity, and well-being.
Harmony Yoga is located in Pauline Plaza, west of Stadium Blvd. There is ample, free parking. See map
Spotlight on Gentle Yoga
Our Gentle Yoga class is an excellent way for you to experience the benefits of yoga while working at a slower-pace and with more support than in a regular yoga class. The only requirement is that you’re able to get up and down from the floor.
The Gentle class meets Tuesdays, 9:30-11:00 am. You may join this class at any time as long as the class isn’t full.
Beginners are welcome! Bring a friend!

Are You Looking For A Challenge?
If you’re an Intermediate-level Iyengar Yoga student, and are looking to bring your practice to the next level, try our Level 2-3 class, Thursdays 7:00 -- 8:30pm.
In this small class, you’ll receive plenty of personalized instruction to help you explore the poses in more depth, and start to practice more complicated poses and variations.
Other requirements: Be able to hold headstand (wall support is fine) and shoulderstand with ease.

Winter Session Yoga Classes

Are you new to Harmony Yoga? Take $10 off your class registration fee.
You may register at any time for classes that are not full. Your fees will be pro-rated. Drop-ins are also welcome, but please contact me before your first class to make sure there is space in the class. (Currently the Monday 6:00pm Level 1 class is full.)

30 Day Yoga Challenge
