Feldenkrais Classes

Harmony Yoga has been hosting Dale Jensen and his Feldenkrais classes for a few years now.  Dale will continue to teach his classes while the Harmony Yoga studio space undergoes a transition when I move.

 

Feldenkrais Method® Awareness Through Movement® series

The Feldenkrais Method, named for its founder, Moshe Feldenkrais is a highly effective mind-body discipline that uses unique movement sequences to bring about change. The movements are gentle, but nonetheless effective and transformative. Group classes and private sessions are offered at Harmony Yoga.
